In this episode, we’re diving into the concept of learning to embrace all parts of your self. I talk about why I intentionally separated “your” and “self”, what your “self” is, and how this topic of embracing your self is deeply connected to my mission as a coach.
I also share my journey of learning to embrace the parts of me that used to cause a lot of confusion, insecurity, and shame. I talk about the personal struggles I went through on the path towards accepting my anxiety and being an introvert and a highly sensitive person, and how I view these parts of my self now.
In the episode I also dive into the costs of not embracing your self, my thoughts on the problematic side of self-improvement, and shifting your perspective on the parts of you that you’ve thought were a burden so you can see them as a blessing instead.
I really share my heart in this episode, and if you can relate in any way, I hope it brings you comfort and helps you connect to all parts of your self.
