How to Practice Self-Compassion and Give Yourself Grace

If you feel like you’re often hard on yourself, your inner critic is loud, and you struggle to feel a strong sense of self-worth and self-compassion, first of all, you’re not alone. As painful as it can be, it’s part of the human experience.

But there are ways to shift to a gentler, softer, more loving place within yourself. In today’s episode, we’re diving into a couple of concepts that can help you make that shift, and those concepts are self-compassion and giving yourself grace.
