Finding Inner Peace When Life Feels Too Loud

Life can feel really loud sometimes. Your own mind can feel really loud sometimes. Both have been true for me lately, and in this episode, I share openly and honestly about this struggle to feel inner peace.

I talk about the latest bout of anxiety I experienced which led to a pretty painful anxiety attack, and how I’ve been trying to cope and take care of myself since then.

One of the main things I’ve been focusing on is trying to find inner peace to tune out (or at least turn down) the noise around me and within me. I share what this experience has been like for me, and offer up some words of encouragement that I hope are helpful for you as well.

I don’t have all the answers and I’m figuring this all out as I go, especially since this situation is all so current for me. But I hope that by sharing my truth, I can create a space of comfort, safety, and understanding for everyone listening, and for anyone who is also going through a hard time.
